i had a pleasant experience at this hotel during my recent city break. the room was spacious and modern, exceeding my expectations from my last stay in cerro maggiore. the breakfast was a lovely treat, offering a variety of items including freshly baked pastries.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge. I fondly recall the staff helping me with a local delivery recommendation during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the restaurant for an excellent dining experience. I’m already looking forward to my return during Christmas!

Spacious and comfortable rooms.

I was extremely frustrated with the check-in process that took almost an hour due to a single staff member handling a long queue. After a grueling 5-hour drive, we were given a hot and dusty room where my baby struggled to sleep. Despite my repeated requests for a crib and a change of room due to the non-functional AC, I only received a fan after much persistence, which was inadequate for my needs as a pregnant woman.

I loved how I could actually open the windows instead of cranking up the aircon! ! The design is quirky, with black marble throughout, making the place feel a bit futuristic and unique!

The breakfast was particularly enjoyable, offering a very good selection, and the large, well-designed room made for a comfortable stay. The nearby restaurant, Bel Sit, is a must-visit, providing amazing Italian dishes and a fun atmosphere with 1960s memorabilia.

I had an awesome stay with my family where we made great use of the spacious room and enjoyed the lovely pool to unwind together. The hotel really had a chill vibe, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The only hitch was that our packed breakfast request got a bit jumbled, but we still managed to grab a snack before heading out. 🥪

A solid choice for getting around the area in Cerro Maggiore with good value for the price. The staff was very helpful when I needed assistance with my luggage. Make sure to check the breakfast offerings. they don’t change much day-to-day.
